Things support can sort out in one message

Changing a deadline, adding files to a live order, requesting a different writer, asking for a similarity report, splitting payment on a long order, or checking whether we can realistically hit a tight turnaround.

How StudentHelpp support actually works

Support is not a ticket queue that answers on Monday. It is a staffed desk covering every hour of the day, because deadlines do not respect office hours and most of the messages we get arrive between 11pm and 4am.

What happens after you press send

Every message that arrives through this form is written into our order system and routed by topic. Order questions go to the coordinator handling your subject, revision requests go straight to the writer who produced the draft, and billing or refund questions go to the finance desk so nobody has to relay them twice.

You get a reply at the email address you typed in, usually inside ten minutes. If your message mentions a deadline shorter than six hours, it is pushed to the top of the queue automatically and a coordinator confirms feasibility before anything else is discussed. We would rather tell you in five minutes that a two-hour dissertation chapter is not realistic than take your money and disappoint you.

Questions we answer every day

Can you hit my deadline? Almost always yes, down to three hours for short pieces, but the honest answer depends on subject and length, so send the brief and we will tell you.

How much will it cost? Give us the paper type, academic level, page count and deadline and you will get an exact figure, not a range. The same figure appears in the calculator on the pricing page, so there is nothing hidden at checkout.

Can I change the brief after ordering? Yes. Upload the new rubric or paste the change into the order thread. If the new scope is materially larger we will quote the difference before any extra work starts, and if it is smaller we adjust the price down.

Can I pick my writer? Yes. Every expert on the writers page can be requested by name during checkout. If they are at capacity we tell you before payment and suggest the closest specialist in the same field.

Escalations, refunds and complaints

If a delivered paper misses the brief, say so in the order thread and we start a free revision immediately. Revisions are unlimited and are not capped by a time window as long as the original instructions have not changed.

If a revision still does not fix it, ask for the order to be escalated. A senior editor who did not write the paper reviews the brief and the draft side by side and decides the outcome, including a partial or full refund where the work genuinely fell short. That decision is recorded on the order so you can see the reasoning.

Complaints about a writer, a delay or a payment are handled by a different person from the one involved. We keep the whole thread visible on your dashboard rather than moving it to a private inbox, so there is always a record of what was promised.

Reaching us another way

Email support@studenthelpp.com for anything about a live order, and inquiries@studenthelpp.com for partnerships, writer applications and press. Both mailboxes are monitored by the same round-the-clock desk.

If you already have an order open, the fastest channel is the message thread inside that order. It carries your brief, your files and your writer's history, so nobody has to ask you to explain the assignment a second time.

Your deadline is closer than it was when you opened this page.

Price it in thirty seconds. You confirm everything before any work starts.
