Terms of service

1. What we provide

StudentHelpp provides original, custom-written model work, research assistance, editing and proofreading, produced by human subject specialists. Deliverables are reference materials intended to support your own study and writing.

We do not sit examinations, complete assessments in your name, or interact with your institution on your behalf under any circumstances.

2. Your account

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to hold an account. You are responsible for the accuracy of the brief you submit and for keeping your login credentials secure.

One person, one account. Sharing an account or reselling delivered work is a breach of these terms and may result in closure without refund.

3. Orders and pricing

The price shown at the point of ordering is the price you pay. It is calculated from academic level, paper type, page count and deadline, and includes referencing, a title page, a reference list and free revisions inside the revision window.

Work begins once payment is confirmed. If you change the brief after work has begun — a longer paper, a different question, a nearer deadline — your writer will quote the difference before continuing.

4. Deadlines and delivery

We deliver to the deadline you set at the point of ordering, measured from payment confirmation. Where a deadline is not achievable for the length requested, we tell you before taking the order rather than after.

If we deliver late and the work is still usable, the urgency component of the price is refunded. If lateness makes the work unusable, the refund policy applies in full.

5. Revisions

Revisions that stay within the original brief are free and unlimited for 14 days after delivery, extended to 30 days for orders of more than 20 pages. Request them from the order page with a note on what to change.

A request that materially changes the brief is treated as a new instruction and priced accordingly.

6. Ownership

On full payment, ownership of the delivered work transfers to you. We retain no right to publish, resell or reuse it, and we delete order files from active storage on request.

You grant us permission to retain anonymised excerpts only where you explicitly agree to it, for example when a sample is published on this site.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to present delivered work as your own where doing so breaches your institution's academic integrity rules. How you use the material is your responsibility, and our honour code explains our position in more detail.

We refuse orders involving examinations, tests taken under supervision, impersonation, or anything unlawful.

8. Liability

Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We do not guarantee any particular grade, since marking is at your institution's discretion and depends on how the material is used.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Material changes are announced on this page with a new effective date, and they apply only to orders placed after that date.
