Ordering, pricing and delivery
Is using StudentHelpp allowed at my university?+
We provide original model work, research support and editing. How you use it is your responsibility, and most institutions permit study support and proofreading while prohibiting submitting work you did not write. Check your own academic integrity policy before submitting anything.
How is the price calculated?+
Price per page is set by academic level and paper type, then multiplied by an urgency factor based on your deadline. The calculator shows the exact total, and the per-page breakdown, before you order.
How quickly can I get a paper?+
Deadlines start at three hours for short pieces. Anything over five pages is safer at twelve hours or more, and a longer deadline is always cheaper.
Who writes my paper?+
A vetted subject specialist. Every writer passes a subject test, a writing sample review and an English proficiency check, and each carries a public score and review count you can see before requesting them.
Can I choose my writer?+
Yes. Request a writer from the writer cards on this page or from the writers directory. If they are unavailable for your deadline, an admin assigns the closest match and tells you why.
Is the work really plagiarism-free?+
Yes. Nothing is resold, nothing is generated by AI, and every order is screened before delivery. Ask for the similarity and AI report and it is attached to your delivery at no cost.
What if I need changes after delivery?+
Open the order in your dashboard and click Request revision with a note on what to change. Revisions inside the revision window are free and unlimited.
Do you keep my details private?+
Your writer never sees your surname, email or institution. Files and messages live in a private bucket that only you and the admin team can access.
How do I pay?+
Payment is arranged with our support team after your order is placed. Your dashboard shows the payment status on every order, and work begins once it is confirmed.
What happens if I miss something in the brief?+
Message your writer through the order thread as soon as you notice. Brief additions before the halfway point are usually absorbed free; large scope changes are quoted transparently.
Can you follow my university's style guide?+
Yes. Upload the guide or template with your order and we write inside it, including cover pages, heading levels and reference formatting.
What if I am not happy with my writer?+
Ask for a reassignment in the order thread. An admin moves the order to another specialist at no cost and the deadline is protected wherever possible.

How long does an essay take?+
A standard 5-page undergraduate essay is comfortable in 24 hours. We accept 3-hour turnarounds for shorter pieces, and we always tell you up front if a deadline is unrealistic for the length you need.
Can you work with data I already have?+
Yes. Upload your dataset or output with the order and your writer will analyse and write it up rather than inventing results.
Can you follow my module reading list?+
Yes, and we prefer it. Upload the list or paste the key texts into the instructions and your writer will build the argument around them.
Do you need the case document?+
Yes, if it is a set case. Upload the PDF with your order so the analysis references the actual facts and figures.
Can I order one chapter at a time?+
Yes, and most students do. Each chapter is a separate order with its own deadline and price, and we keep the same writer throughout.
Can I book several assignments at once?+
Yes. Place them as separate orders and note in the instructions that they belong to the same module so we assign one writer.
Will you rewrite my work?+
Only if you ask. The default edit preserves your voice and argument while fixing clarity, structure and correctness.
What file format do I get?+
PowerPoint by default, with a PDF export. Ask for Google Slides or Keynote in the instructions if you prefer.
Can you analyse my raw data?+
Yes. Upload the spreadsheet or instrument output and your writer will process it, show the workings and plot the results.
Is this ethical?+
