Refund policy
Most problems are solved faster by a revision than a refund, but when a refund is the right answer we say so quickly and pay it without argument.
Full refund
You receive 100% back if no writer could be assigned to your order, if you cancel before a writer starts work, if we miss your deadline and the work is no longer usable, or if the delivered paper does not address the brief and you would rather not take a revision.
Duplicate payments and orders placed twice by mistake are refunded in full as soon as we spot them or you tell us.
Partial refund
If we deliver late but the work is still usable, the urgency component of the price is refunded — the difference between what you paid and what the same order would have cost at the deadline we actually met.
If you cancel after work has begun, the refund reflects the proportion of the paper already written, and you receive whatever has been drafted.
If a paper is shorter than the page count ordered, the shortfall is refunded at the per-page rate.
When we do not refund
We do not refund because a paper received a lower grade than hoped for — marking is your institution's judgement and depends on how the material was used. We also do not refund where the brief you supplied was incomplete or inaccurate and the delivered work matches what was actually requested; in that case we offer a revision at the quoted difference.
Requests made more than 30 days after delivery fall outside the window.
How to claim
Open the order in your dashboard and use Request refund, or email support@studenthelpp.com with your order number and what went wrong. Attach the marker feedback if you have it — it speeds the review up.
An administrator reviews the order thread, the delivery timestamps and the paper itself. You get a decision within 48 hours, and approved refunds reach the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
Disputes
If you disagree with a decision, reply to it and the case is escalated to a second reviewer who was not involved the first time. We would always rather resolve a dispute directly than through a chargeback.
