Real writers, public scores, no mystery

Qualified in the subject, not just in writing

Every expert holds a postgraduate qualification in the field they write in, verified against the awarding institution rather than taken from a CV. A writer with a master’s in economics does not take on nursing briefs, and a literature specialist is not routed a thermodynamics lab report because the queue was busy.

Subject tags on each profile show exactly what someone is cleared to write. If your brief sits between two fields — health economics, computational linguistics, environmental law — request a writer tagged in the dominant one and note the second field in your instructions.

Ratings you can interpret

The score on each card is the average of ratings left by students on completed orders, and the review count is the number of those orders. A 4.9 across 200 orders is a stronger signal than a 5.0 across three, and both are shown so you can judge for yourself.

Current workload is also public. A writer near capacity can still take your order, but a coordinator will confirm the deadline is realistic first. If you would rather not wait, the filters above will show you specialists in the same subject with room now.

How writers are removed

The first five orders from any new expert are reviewed line by line by an editor before delivery. Two weak deliveries during that probation closes the account, which is why roughly one in twelve applicants finishes the process.

After probation, quality is tracked through revision rate and escalations rather than star ratings alone. A writer whose work routinely needs a second pass is pulled from new orders and re-tested, regardless of how well the average looks.

Requesting a writer, or letting us match you

You can name any expert during checkout and the order goes to them if they have capacity. If they do not, we say so before you pay and offer the closest specialist rather than quietly reassigning you.

If you would rather not choose, leave it to admin matching. A coordinator reads the brief, the level and the referencing style and assigns the expert with the strongest record on that exact combination. Either way the writer’s name appears on your order, and you message them directly through the order thread.

Returning students can ask for the same writer again from the dashboard. Continuity matters on multi-chapter dissertation work, where someone who already knows your argument and your supervisor’s preferences saves you a great deal of explaining.
