You have 14 days from delivery (30 days for orders over 20 pages) to request revisions. Inside that window, revisions that stay within the original brief are unlimited and free. If the brief itself changes, your writer will quote the difference before starting.
When we refund
Full refund if we miss the deadline and the work is no longer usable, if no writer could be assigned, or if the delivered paper does not answer the brief and you would rather not revise. Partial refunds apply where the work was late but usable — the urgency fee comes off. Requests are reviewed within 48 hours.
Your privacy
